It is so wild that Reg picking up a package of these compressed and not fried or baked potato chips turned into this foodie adventure. I want to say thank you to popchips for sending me a fabulous gift package and revealing their new flavour (in Canada).
The Review
Ketchup! Oh I love ketchup chips. One of my favourite flavours ever. I was extremely impressed when I saw the list of ingredients and saw things like dehydrated tomato, beet powder, beet juice concentrate... Their claim to have natural ingredients is quite accurate and they are also gluten free!
My one complaint? In one 23 g bag you do not get a long of chips. I would say 50% of the bag is air and these are not large bags.
One bag's worth fit into this dish so that is good for people looking for portion control but me? I prefer the large bags, especially since they are much healthier than most potato chips.
The ketchup flavour is awesome. I really like it and it did actually taste natural, more natural than other chips in the past but without compromising on flavour. I give this product four and a half out of five wooden spoons.
